Services

Central Vic Jetting provides sewer jetting, drain cleaning, blockage removal, CCTV drain inspections and related drainage services throughout Victoria.

Website Information

Information on this website is provided for general information only. While we aim to keep information accurate, we make no guarantees regarding completeness or suitability for every situation.

Online Bookings

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment. Bookings become confirmed only after we contact you.

Quotes

Quotes are estimates based on the information supplied.

Additional work required due to hidden conditions, collapsed drains, tree roots, damaged pipework or unforeseen circumstances may result in additional charges, which will be discussed with the customer before proceeding where practicable.

Payment

Payment is due after completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur debt recovery costs where permitted by law.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the drainage issue.
• Ensure reasonable access to the property.
• Advise of known hazards.
• Obtain any necessary permissions for work.

Sewer Jetting Risks

High-pressure water jetting is an effective drain cleaning method. However, existing damaged, deteriorated or collapsed pipes may become apparent during the cleaning process.

Central Vic Jetting is not responsible for pre-existing defects or failures that become evident during or after the service where those defects existed prior to commencement.

CCTV Inspections

Inspection footage and reports are provided based on conditions visible at the time of inspection. Underground conditions may change and hidden defects may not always be detectable.

Warranties

We warrant that services will be provided with due care and skill in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Due to the nature of drainage systems, we cannot guarantee that future blockages will not occur. Factors beyond our control include:

• Tree root regrowth
• Structural pipe failure
• Ground movement
• Foreign objects entering drains
• Misuse of plumbing systems.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. Where permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the services or paying the cost of having the services supplied again.

Intellectual Property
